One letter page per 24 items (3 across, 8 down by default): name, price and a big barcode each, for scanning off a laminated sheet instead of grabbing each item.

An edited copy of your own export: generated SKUs filled in and price changes. Import it in your POS's dashboard and it learns them. Only changed rows are included.

Labels and scan sheets from the catalog you already have. Nothing installs and nothing is uploaded: your catalog stays in this browser, on this device.

A file that was opened and re-saved in Excel is fine; the app strips what Excel adds to barcodes.
If something is missing, this is why. A listing with no barcode and no SKU cannot be printed — there is nothing to put in the code. Those are counted and named on the Labels and Sheets pages, so a missing item never looks like a bug. In Shopify, the free Retail Barcode Labels app assigns barcodes to variants that lack one: run it, export again, and they appear.
Re-import whenever stock or prices change in your POS. Your label layout, batch, and sheet order survive a re-import.
Will it scan? The preview says so. A barcode too narrow for the label at your printer's dots-per-inch is flagged before you print, with the width it needs.
Click the QR on the label preview. Encodes decides what it carries:
A QR needs room: the preview says whether a phone can read it at that size.
A letter page of names, prices, photos and big barcodes — for selling small things off a laminated sheet instead of grabbing each one.
On Settings, Update file writes an edited copy of your own export with only the rows that changed: prices you set here and, for Square, codes the app generated for items that had none. Import that file in your POS dashboard and it learns them. Import a fresh export here afterwards and the loop is closed.
